Not much new to report on today, because I have just been at our in service training all week. So, unless you are interested in growing Moringa trees or building earthen dams, you probably wouldn't be interested. Happy Thanksgiving. I wish I were there to see you all. Please eat too much for me.

If anyone reading this would like to reach Devin, here is the way to do it. He leaves his phone on from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Zambia time (which is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. CA time 'cause there is a 10-hr. time diff when we are on PST). You can text message him first, then he runs up on an ant hill where the reception is better and you can call him. Or...you could just text message him and talk that way.

We have gotten our phone minutes through Viapin - Mega Clean & Stable Card - and have gotten really great rates through there. You might also check with them for availability.

Good to know where to get cheap time on the phone! Another tip: I have booked a trip to Zambia in May via a Zambian travel agent and saved a bundle of $$$ vs. the rates that were quoted 'outside' of Zambia.

Happy New Year and thanks for the text message. You are definitely having more village beer and chickens than we are. Baby Keisler is now 5 pounds and kicking the hell out of Laura's belly. Apparently, he shed his pirate patch and is now looking much more like a fat cheeky baby. USC did awesome in the Rose Bowl by beating up on Michigan. Cal Poly fell short of the National Championship by a few points.
2007 is going to be awesome and we are going to try to use Noni's advice for the cell phone. NROROROOWOWOWOWOWO!
